I'm excited to share some heartfelt moments from our latest mountain bike ride with the amazing folks from Kibbutz Kisufim. This was our 4th meet-up, and it was truly special.
Previously, we had a bus take us out from the hotel where they're currently staying. But this time, the bus took us to what will soon be their home trail as they prepare to move closer to Be'er Sheva. The best part? Soon, they'll be able to meet there independently, no bus needed!
To build a sense of community and camaraderie, I've ordered matching riding shirts for everyone. It’s so they can easily spot each other on the trails and feel that shared bond.
Our next step is to mark the nearby trails with names that resonate deeply, including those of the fallen members from the October 7th war. Naming these trails isn’t just symbolic; it creates a common language for everyone. Next time someone wants to hit a trail, all they need to do is say the name, and everyone will know its length, style, and distance. This is all about building a strong, united community.
